Get S3 file upload POST data while creating a new Content Item

https://api.pushologies.com/v1/content-item/get-upload-data

Generates a unique S3 file upload POST data object and creates a new Content Item record. Once uploaded, images may be optimised to reduce their file size or by scaling their resolution to below 1280px in either dimension. Invalid items may be deleted without warming.
